The host pays to create a game room. Players who join with a room code play for free. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
I paid but can't access the game. What do I do?
Email us with the email address you used to pay and we'll sort it out immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Because Ballpark is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
How many players can join a room?
Ballpark supports 1–6 players per room.
What devices work with Ballpark?
Ballpark runs in any modern web browser on phones, tablets, and computers. No app download required.
